We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our service, process orders, deliver digital products and offer customer support.

Personal data

  • email address;
  • first name and last name;
  • billing address (address, city, state or province, postal code, country);
  • the content of any support request you send us.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for information we do not need. We do not collect or store payment card numbers: when online payment is enabled, card details will go directly to the payment provider and never reach our servers.

Usage data

We may collect limited technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and timestamps — for security, fraud prevention and basic service improvement.

3. How long we keep it

  • Order and account data: as long as your account exists, and up to 6 years from the order for accounting and tax records.
  • Support messages: 3 years from the last message in the exchange.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.
  • Passwords: stored hashed for as long as your account exists, never in readable form.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies to you, we rely on: performance of a contract (taking your order, delivering your key, handling refunds); legal obligation (accounting and tax records); legitimate interest (preventing fraud and securing the site); and consent (marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time).

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to: give you a copy of the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it, where we are not required to keep it; restrict or object to how we use it; send it to you or to another provider in a portable format; or stop sending you marketing email.

12. California residents

If you live in California, you may ask what categories of personal information we have collected about you, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to “sell” or “share” it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. Exercising these rights will never lead us to treat you differently.

13. Children

This website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above tells you when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will say so on the website.
