How to Activate a Game Key

Your key works the same way on every order: you find it, you enter it on the right screen, the game attaches to your account. Here is each platform, step by step.

First: find your key

It is in two places — the confirmation email we sent you, and your account under My account → Orders. If the email is missing, check your spam folder; a message containing a long code is a classic false positive.

Then: check the region

The product page shows the activation region for your key. Make sure it matches the country your platform account is registered in before you redeem. If it does not match, stop and contact us — an unrevealed key can still be sorted out, a revealed one cannot.

PC — Steam

  1. Open the Steam client and sign in.
  2. In the top menu, click Games → Activate a Product on Steam.
  3. Accept the subscriber agreement, then paste your key.
  4. The game appears in your library. Click Install.

Some PC titles use their publisher’s own launcher (EA App, Ubisoft Connect, Rockstar Games Launcher, Battle.net) rather than Steam. The product page says which one before you buy, and the redeem screen works the same way.

Xbox

From the console:

  1. Press the Xbox button and open the Store.
  2. Select Redeem code.
  3. Enter the 25 characters and confirm.

From a browser: sign in to your Microsoft account, open the redeem page, enter the key. Either route puts the game on the same account.

PlayStation

From the console:

  1. Open the PlayStation Store.
  2. Scroll to Redeem Codes (in the menu on PS5, at the bottom of the sidebar on PS4).
  3. Enter the 12 characters and confirm.

From a browser: sign in to your PlayStation Network account and use the redeem code page.

If the key is refused

Do not retry it repeatedly — some platforms temporarily block the redeem screen after several failed attempts. Instead, send us your order number and the exact error message. If the key is faulty we replace it or refund you, usually within two business days.
