By accessing or purchasing from buygamecodes.com, you agree to these terms. They apply to all visitors, customers and users of this website.

BuyGameCodes is operated by Instant Key Software LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. We operate as an independent third-party reseller of digital game licences and are not affiliated with Valve, Microsoft, Sony or any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

4. Electronic communications

By using this website or contacting us by email, you consent to receive communications electronically. These communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

5. Digital delivery

Digital products only. Every product sold on this website is a digital activation key delivered electronically by email and through your customer account area. No physical goods are shipped.

Platform compatibility. You are responsible for checking that the platform stated on the product page — PC, Xbox or PlayStation — matches the account you intend to redeem the key on.

Activation support. We provide guidance and support for activation-related questions. We do not provide game installation or configuration services.

6. Activation region

Game keys may be issued for a specific activation region. The activation region that applies to a key is stated on its product page. It is your responsibility to check it against the country your platform account is registered in before ordering.

A key issued for one region cannot be converted to another, by us or by the platform, once it has been issued. If the region stated on the product page does not match your account, do not redeem the key — contact us first.

7. Licence terms

Account binding. Once a key has been redeemed on a platform account, it is permanently bound to that account. Neither we nor the platform can move, reset or transfer it.

Compliance. You are responsible for using the game in accordance with the publisher’s and the platform’s own terms.

Personal use. Keys are sold for personal use. Reselling or redistributing a key bought from us is prohibited, as is bulk purchasing through automated means.

8. Site access

Instant Key Software LLC grants you a limited licence for personal use of this website. Unauthorised activities such as content resale, automated data extraction or misuse of trademarks are prohibited.

9. Reviews and user content

You may submit reviews or comments provided they are lawful and not misleading. By submitting content, you grant Instant Key Software LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it.

10. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, platforms and activation regions accurate. Errors may nonetheless occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracy and to adjust or cancel an order where necessary, refunding you in full if payment has already been taken.

11. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are subject to verification. In summary:

• a refund may be issued if a key is verified as unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue;
• a refund may be considered if a key was not delivered after payment was confirmed;
• no refund is granted for a key that has been successfully activated and is functioning.

12. Pre-orders

A pre-ordered key is delivered on or shortly before the game’s release date. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the key is sent to you. If a publisher cancels a game you have pre-ordered, we refund you without you having to ask.

13. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We are not responsible for issues resulting from platform account restrictions, user misuse, or changes made by a publisher or platform after your purchase.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of game progress or account content, for a platform suspending or closing your account, or for indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of that State, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date above tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
