Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only
This policy applies to every product sold by BuyGameCodes. All of them are digital activation keys. No physical goods are shipped — there is no parcel, no tracking number, no courier and no shipping cost.
2. Delivery method
Keys are delivered electronically, in two places:
- by email, to the address you entered at checkout;
- in your customer account, under My account → Orders.
The second one matters: if the email goes missing, your key is still there.
3. Delivery time
Automatic delivery. Most products are delivered automatically within minutes after payment is confirmed.
Manual processing. In rare cases where automatic delivery is not available, or where an order is held for a verification check, the order requires manual processing. Delivery is then typically completed within the same business day.
Pre-orders. A pre-ordered key is sent on the game’s release day, or shortly before. The product page states what is expected.
An order confirmation email is sent once payment has been processed. That confirmation serves as proof of purchase.
4. If your key has not arrived
Work through this before contacting us — it resolves most cases:
- Check your spam or junk folder. A message containing a long code is a common false positive.
- Check the address on the order. A single wrong character sends the key nowhere.
- Sign in and open My account → Orders. The key is shown there whatever happened to the email.
- Allow up to 30 minutes. A payment can take a few minutes to confirm before delivery is triggered.
If your key still cannot be located, contact support@instant-key.com with your order number. We reply to all requests within 24 business hours.
Instant Key Software LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete email address provided at checkout. If you notice a typo, tell us straight away: as long as the key has not been revealed, we can re-issue the delivery to the correct address.
5. Where we deliver
Delivery is by email, so there is no country we cannot reach and no delivery cost anywhere.
Delivery and activation are two different things. A key reaches you wherever you are, but it activates in the region stated on its product page. Check that region against your platform account before ordering — see our Terms of Service.
6. Policy updates
We may update this Delivery Policy at any time. Updated versions are published on this page, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
